Pastoral Manager

As a key member of the pastoral team, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting student wellbeing across the school. Working collaboratively with staff, families, carers and external agencies you will help identify and address barriers to learning, enabling students to engage successfully with their education. The role also includes coordinating and delivering first aid support for students, providing initial assessment and triage, and ensuring that individual medical needs are effectively managed and catered for throughout the school day. .
