Pastoral Lead

Redruth School is a successful school set in beautiful West Cornwall. We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Year Lead who is passionate, adaptable and enthusiastic about working with young people within an educational setting. In this role you will take a pro-active role in the support of the educational, social and physical needs of our students, developing positive working relationships with your cohort and their families. Applicants will need: be qualified to ‘A’ level
