Salary: Actual annual salary: £34,361 - £37,368 dependant on qualifications Plus £3000 Welcome bonus with SEN Experience*

Additional Information: Hours: Start time 8.15am - Finish time Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 4.45pm. Thursday 5pm and Friday 4pm

Key Accountabilities:
To development the improvement of individual and site practice around behaviour and safeguarding and be responsible for policy implementation of these elements
To coordinate the effective implementation of the Attendance Policy.
To provide rapid response to staff when a child is in need of additional support.
To monitor and report on students out of class.
To provide a physical presence on the school site during the school day, especially during breaks and lunch time.
To pro-actively liaise with parents/carers
To provide relevant behaviour and safeguarding training to staff through CPD.
To provide support to students who are struggling to engage with classes and staff in cooperation with the clinical team with the aim of re-engagement in class.
To provide data for SLT and Governors.
To ensure that all relevant compliance has been completed with the support of the school business manager in the completion of educational visits (EVC's)
