Pastoral Assistant - Fixed Term

The New School is seeking a Pastoral Assistant and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for a fixed term post. The successful candidate plays a key role in shaping a culture where young people are seen, heard, and supported to grow through trust, connection, and accountability. It is suited to someone who believes schools should be places of belonging, who understands behaviour as communication, and who values walking alongside young people with curiosity and care.
