About this role

The School & Trustees are looking to recruit to the post of Pastoral & Behavioural Support Assistant Permanent & Fixed Term Opportunities Thomas Ashton School (Both sites) NJC scale points 5-11: £25,583 – £28,142 per annum (full time equivalent) Actual Salary range pro rata: £19,397 – £21,337 Plus SEN Allowance (£1,539 per annum) Commencing 1st September 2026 ‘For a person to ‘grow’, they need an environment that provides them with genuineness (openness and self-disclosure), acceptance (being seen and understood), unconditional positive regards) and empathy (being listened to and understood).
