We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Pastoral and Behaviour Officer to join our growing, dynamic and supportive school. We are looking for an individual who will take responsibility for and manage the pastoral welfare of a full year group. You will oversee and lead on the attendance, behavior and pastoral needs of this year group, you will work alongside a Year Coordinator who is a teaching member of staff with responsibility for the academic progress of the same year group. You will need to communicate with a range of school staff, implement strategies and will have excellent communication skills. You will be able to engage with parents/carers. The successful candidate will also assist with supporting behaviour and standards across the school, working alongside other Pastoral Behavior Officers to be on call and support work in our inclusion room.
