About this role

We are looking for an organised and detail orientated individual to join the team at Malet Lambert as an Pastoral Administration Assistant who will play a key role in providing comprehensive and effective administrative and support for our pastoral team. The working hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 3:30pm Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 37 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be £21,634.69 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
