We are seeking a motivated and proactive Partnerships and Engagement Co-ordinator to play a key role in developing and managing relationships with our existing employers.
You will play a pivotal part in strengthening and growing relationships with our existing employer network, supporting the recruitment of apprentices, and securing high-quality work experience and industry placements for students across the year.
This is a dynamic and varied role where you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on student futures while helping employers access the talent and skills they need to develop and grow their business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong employer partnerships, enjoys working in a fast-paced engagement environment, and is confident in promoting the College’s services and products to existing employers.
You will act as a key link between the College and industry - helping employers meet their workforce needs while also creating meaningful opportunities for students to gain real-world experience.
