The post will allow you to interact with a range of learners, offering the opportunity to have a measurable impact on the learning, wellbeing and development of the children you are working with. You will play an important role in supporting children with SEND, working alongside teachers and other colleagues to provide appropriate support, encouragement and challenge. We are looking for someone who can recognise and celebrate individual strengths, respond sensitively to individual needs and help children develop their confidence, independence and resilience. In addition to TA responsibilities, the role will also include supervising and supporting children across the school at lunchtime.

  • Is inclusive and committed to ensuring that every child feels valued, listened to and able to participate fully in school life.
