As a key contributor to this new program, you will design and deliver engaging, high-quality German lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love for global languages among our international student body. Key Responsibilities Pioneer the setup, delivery, and growth of the new German language program. Plan and teach dynamic, communicative lessons tailored to diverse learning styles within a British international curriculum framework. Cultivate an enthusiastic, culturally rich classroom environment that promotes linguistic confidence. Continuously assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure individual success. Collaborate with the Languages Department to integrate German into broader school events and culture. Requirements Relevant University Degree and recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching German, ideally within a British or international school system. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a charismatic, professional approach to teaching. High adaptability, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for curriculum development. Fluency in German (native or near-native) and professional working proficiency in English.
