Part-time Early Years & Primary Teacher Location: Léman International School Chengdu (LIS) Léman International School Chengdu (LIS) is looking to recruit a Part-time Early Years & Primary Teacher, to drive excellent teaching and learning. The role: Workload: this would be a 0.5 commitment, teaching 12-14 periods a week. We seek a qualified Part-Time Teacher of Early Years & Primary to join our school where your focus will be: • To drive excellent teaching and learning by setting clear learning goals, developing and creating engaging lessons across the curriculum and providing timely feedback. • Develop a curriculum that is relevant, challenging, and diverse, incorporating various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. • Engaging and interacting as a school ambassador to the community through building positive relationships with peers, students and families, involving families and the community in the educational process to create a supportive network for students. • Use ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instruction, accordingly, identifying areas where students may need additional support. • Provide timely, constructive feedback and create opportunities for students to reflect on their learning experiences. • To promote high expectations and set high standards for our students, • Encourage students to participate actively in their learning through discussions, group work, and hands-on activities. • Utilise technology to enhance learning experiences, making them more interactive and accessible. • Foster a safe, inclusive atmosphere that encourages risk-taking and collaboration
