The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys is seeking an enthusiastic Parent Relations Specialist to lead parent communication and strengthen relationships between the school and its families. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison with parents, promote community engagement, support student wellbeing initiatives, and celebrate Emirati culture and values. Position Summary: The Parent Relations Specialist plays a key role in strengthening relationships between the school, parents and students. The role serves as a trusted liaison, ensuring effective communication, supporting student wellbeing initiatives, resolving parent concerns, and promoting a positive school culture aligned with the values of Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys. Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, the Parent Relations Specialist will foster strong partnerships with families, support student welfare and engagement, facilitate communication between home and school, and contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Position Requirements: UAE National (male) A Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Experience in customer service, community engagement, education, or a related field. A passion for building strong partnerships with parents and supporting the school community.
