Salary: £38,000-£41,000 (dependent on experience and skill set)

This role manages the Head's and Business Director’s offices, overseeing diaries, communications and administrative support for senior leadership. You will handle visitors and correspondence, produce minutes for governance meetings, support compliance and billing, and represent the offices with professionalism.
What you'll be doing
You will:
Be the first point of contact: manage calls, emails and visitors; handle correspondence.
Coordinate complex diaries, meetings and external commitments, including logistics and briefing notes.
Prepare agendas, circulate papers and produce clear minutes for staff and governing body meetings.
Support references administration and manage assembly or end-of-term event logistics.
Maintain compliance records: school policies, ISI portal/pre-inspection material and training records for staff and governors.
Support billing: compile termly invoices, liaise with parents, assist debtor management and collate expenses.
Help organise open days, concerts, alumni events and other school occasions.
Carry out other administrative duties as required by the Head or Business Director.

Strong administrative and IT skills, including Office, Excel and Google Workspace.
Attention to detail and financial numeracy.

Proactive, responsible and a collaborative team member.
Ability to attend key school events and work the stated on-site hours.
Desirable
Experience in a school or previous PA/senior administrative role in a busy office.
