PA to Deputy Head Teacher & Admissions Officer
Salary: Grade 7, points 13-17, £25,222-26,921 pro rata (£29,064-31,022 FTE)
Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks per year (Term time 38 weeks plus 5 additional days including 1 x inset)

Reporting to: Deputy Head Teacher
The school is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support Deputy Head Teacher, while also overseeing the day-to-day running of the admissions process. This is a varied and important role at the heart of the school, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring prospective families receive a professional and welcoming experience. The role also supports administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping, effective communication and smooth operational delivery across the school.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion. They will play a key role in supporting senior leadership on a daily basis, while also acting as a first point of contact for admissions enquiries. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
