Requirements:   A high-quality degree and qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with relevant experience in Early Years Foundation Stage. A proven record of outstanding EYFS practice, including creating stimulating, child-centred learning experiences that develop curiosity, creativity, and independence. A genuine passion for nurturing and inspiring young children, ensuring every child achieves their full potential socially, emotionally, and academically. High expectations that challenge, support, and motivate both children and colleagues. The ability to plan, implement, and evaluate innovative learning initiatives that enhance developmental progress and early attainment. A confident, reflective practitioner capable of shaping, leading, and collaborating effectiv
