This is an exciting opportunity to support the Operations Manager in embedding systems and procedures across the school and support the day-to-day operations; the successful person will ensure and contribute toward the smooth running of all operational functions within the academy. The successful post-holder will a key team member of the team and benefit from the support and knowledge of colleagues within the academy, across the Yorkshire Cluster and United Learning – this role will be highly rewarding and a fantastic start or continuation of working within the Education Sector and Operations. This role requires a focused individual who is organised, proactive and passionate about making a difference for our academy and the local community. The successful candidate will be a highly efficient individual who is motivated to achieve academy objectives. They will be an excellent communicator with outstanding attention to detail, someone who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team. The role includes communicating and working with a large number of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a resilient, approachable and positive individual who excels working in a team environment and contributing to team targets. They will also be comfortable working independently as they contribute toward operational objectives on a day-to-day basis.
