Operations and Facilities Manager

Lockers Park School is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations & Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of key operational services across our beautiful school site. Reporting to the Headmaster, you will oversee Estates, Facilities, Catering and Cleaning services, ensuring the school provides a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. You will lead operational teams, manage contractors, support budgets, ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of school operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised manager with experience in facilities, estates or operational leadership who enjoys working in a busy and rewarding educational environment. We are looking for someone with: Experience of managing operational services and teams Strong knowledge of facilities, estates, health and safety, catering or cleaning operations Experience managing budgets, contractors and supplier relationships A relevant IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills If you are a motivated operational leader committed to delivering high standards of service and compliance, we would be delighted to hear from you.
