About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated professional to play a central role in developing and coordinating SEND and inclusion provision across the school. Working closely with the SENDCo, senior leaders, teaching staff, families and external agencies, you will ensure that inclusion systems are accurate, responsive and impactful, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, attendance, participation and belonging. As Operational SEND Lead, you will: Support the strategic development and evaluation of the school's inclusion provision.
