Job Overview:
The Office Manager will oversee the work of the Operations Team to deliver a high-quality administrative support service. Holding an overview of and undertaking various administrative procedures to support the day-to-day operation of the Academy, for the benefit of all our young people.
To support each administrator to work flexibly and ensure the team is skilled to carry out a variety of administrative tasks. The core functions of which will include student admissions, data processing, examinations, event management, communications, reprographic support, reception duties, and supporting with all aspects of day-to-day administrative processes all requiring high standards of accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Friendly and approachable manner
