Role Overview:
As Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school office. You will support staff and students by maintaining efficient office systems and contributing positively to our friendly school environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 A* - C grade GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
- Administration experience
- Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and integrity at at all times
- Experience of line management
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Basic IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Friendly and approachable manner
