About this role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our fantastic team at Piper Hill High School. This is a Grade 6, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks. The starting salary is £29,238 and the full-time equivalent is £33,143. This role is expecting to start in September 2026. We’re looking for: We are delighted to invite applications for the post of Office Manager for Piper Hill High School, part of the Prospere Learning Trust. Successful candidates should be suitably qualified, enthusiastic and be able to provide outstanding support to the school team. Main purpose of the job: To oversee an effective administrative and support service to the school, developing systems and procedures and setting standards To work collaboratively with a team of staff to ensure ensuring the school runs effectively in all operational areas, liaising with Trust colleagues and functional experts as needed To further develop expertise in the software used by schools for information management and assessment processes. To work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support student progress and wellbeing All school staff are expected to share the Trust’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
