As our Nurture Teacher, you'll lead a small group of pupils with a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs, providing highly personalised support through a carefully structured and nurturing approach. You'll create a classroom that feels safe, predictable and welcoming—a place where pupils can build trusting relationships, regulate emotions and experience success. Working closely with families, support staff and external professionals, you'll remove barriers to learning and empower pupils to achieve outcomes they may never have thought possible.
