We are currently seeking an experienced Nursery Teacher to join our Early Years team and contribute to the development and growth of our youngest learners. Position: Nursery Teacher (Early Years Practitioner) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Minimum Experience: 4 years Job Description: As a Nursery Teacher at Reigate Grammar School Riyadh, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of children aged 3-5 years. You will plan and deliver engaging early years curriculum activities tailored to individual needs while fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Teacher - Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent - Strong understanding of child development principles and early years pedagogy - Ability to design creative lesson plans that promote active learning through play-based approaches - Excellent communication skills with both young children and adults - Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills - Knowledge of safeguarding policies related to young children’s welfare Values and Attitudes: - Passionate about supporting children's holistic development in a caring environment - Commitment to continuous professional development - Respectful towards cultural diversity within the school community - Collaborative mindset willing to work closely with colleagues across departments - Positive attitude towards challenges with flexibility and resilience If you are dedicated to making a difference during these formative years by inspiring curiosity and confidence among young learners, we would love to hear from you.
