Nursery Director 📍 Location: Dubai 📅 Start Date: Immediate Kids First Group (KFG) is the leading provider of premium early years education and childcare in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. Since 2011, KFG has grown to 36 nursery schools, each uniquely passionate about its specialized curriculum—whether British EYFS, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Nursery Director to join us, a member of the Kids First Group. About the Role Roles and Responsibilities include: . Health and Safety . Overseeing Curriculum Planning along with the Academic Manager. . Report writing, staff training, meeting set targets . . Ensuring the nursery is well maintained. · Passionate and committed. · Strong academic background, work ethic, well-organized having excellent interpersonal skills. · Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. · Excellent communicators who can ignite a passion for learning in our students. · Able to make a significant contribution to our extra-curricular activities. · To be a good communicator at all levels. · Teamwork and collaboration. · Be committed to developing positive relationships with all members at the nursery. · Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly. · A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the nursery classroom. · Working with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children.
