Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Lead Practitioner to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis starting in September 2026. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about teaching and eager to contribute positively to our whole school community. No previous teaching experience is required as full support and induction will be provided. Skills and Qualifications: - NVQ Level 5 - Ability to plan engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners across different age groups within the whole school setting. - Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues. - Basic classroom management skills with willingness to learn and develop professionally. - Competence in using educational technology tools effectively in teaching.
