Position: Admin Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and streamline administrative operations at Redwoods Nursery Noya.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration or operations, preferably in early years education, schools, or childcare.
Strong knowledge of office management systems, HR basics, and regulatory compliance in UAE.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative operations of the nursery, including front desk, records, and office logistics.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Maintain accurate student and staff records, attendance, and reporting.
Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing, and safety standards.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes alongside HR.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance for efficient workflow.
Facilitate communication between parents, staff, and management.
