Numeracy Teaching Assistants are required to support students in Years 7 – 11 with Education Health and Care Plans and to take the lead responsibility for students with learning and behavioural difficulties. All applications are welcome however these roles may particularly suit graduates hoping to progress to School Direct teacher training. The Twyford Trust is the ‘hub’ for the Ealing Teaching School Alliance and is therefore extremely experienced in supporting training and development for beginning teachers, and new and experienced teachers at all stages of their career. Roles are up to 35 hours per week however part-time applications can be considered, particularly for three or four days per week. Exact hours per week will be discussed and agreed at interview and the salary will therefore be a pro rata figure according to the hours worked. Successful Candidates will have: Recent experience of working with secondary age children, ideally over a year.
