The Crestwood School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Non-Teaching Head of Year to join our supportive and ambitious team. The successful candidate will responsible for the leadership and management of the year. They will also be a dynamic and motivational individual, with the ambition to consistently challenge yourself to be a successful leader of students, no matter what should arise. The successful candidate will provide highly effective pastoral care to their year group and promote and secure a culture of high expectations for all students. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for improving outcomes for young people and who is looking to progress in their career.
