Curriculum and Instruction- Plan and implement engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with MYP subject objectives and assessment criteria.
- Deliver subject-specific content that fosters conceptual understanding and real-world application.
- Integrate Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills and support the development of the IB Learner Profile attributes.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the varied learning needs, backgrounds, and abilities of students.
- Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences where appropriate.
Assessment and Reporting- Design and administer assessments in accordance with MYP subject criteria and moderation practices.
- Use formative and summative assessment to track student progress and inform teaching.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to support academic growth and reflection.
- Prepare and submit accurate student reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
Learning Environment and Student Support- Establish a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development through proactive pastoral care.
- Promote student voice, choice, and responsibility in learning.
- Collaborate with the learning support team to implement accommodations and modifications when needed.

Collaboration and Professionalism- Work collaboratively with MYP team members and subject departments to support interdisciplinary units and curriculum alignment.
- Contribute to the development and review of MYP curriculum documents and planning templates.
- Participate in professional learning, staff meetings, and school-wide initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.
- Model professionalism, ethical conduct, and a commitment to the school’s mission and values.
