About the Role
Contract: Permanent, Part Time – 0.2 FTE (1 day per week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start Date: September 2026
You will deliver engaging and inspiring Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, developing pupils' musical knowledge, creativity and confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Teaching music theory, composition, performance and appreciation.
Supporting pupils to make strong academic and musical progress.
Preparing and supporting pupils through their KS4 studies.
Encouraging pupils of different abilities to participate confidently in music.
Contributing to extracurricular music, performances and wider school life.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop the Music curriculum.
About You : We are looking for someone who:
