This role involves planning and delivering engaging multi-sport sessions, supporting student development and progression, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating positive learning experiences, promoting physical literacy and participation, maintaining high coaching standards, and delivering programmes that exceed stakeholder expectations.
