About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Duhovka Elementary School, supporting children aged 6-11 and training to become a Montessori teacher. If you are a native speaker with a passion for Montessori education, we'd love to have you on board!
About Us
The Duhovka Elementary School offers Czech - English education based mainly on the method of Marie Montessori; however, the school is open to other pedagogical approaches and chooses what is suitable for the given age and the children’s needs from each of them. We have mixed-age classes, which supports the learning process and natural cooperation among children.

What You’ll Do
Work closely with Czech and English Class Teachers in a bilingual environment.
Assist and supervise students in the classroom, supporting their learning in line with Montessori principles.
Help students develop their English language, social, and communication skills.
Assist in classes with approximately 22 students.
Take part in school events, activities, and trips.
What We’re Looking For
We strongly prefer candidates who are already settled in the Czech Republic or in Europe.
Native English speaker (from an English-speaking country), who ideally has experience teaching in Europe.
