About this role
Based in Horsham, Christ’s Hospital is a unique co-educational boarding school and charitable foundation that provides first class education to around 900 children from all backgrounds, supported by over 500 members of staff.
We are looking for someone to lead on the administration of our Schools Management information system, providing the optimum level of support to the Senior Academic Team and other users.
The successful applicant will be an organised, detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for data quality and a commitment to delivering excellent service to colleagues across the School. They will be comfortable working independently whilst building strong relationships with academic, pastoral and operational teams, using their expertise to ensure that information systems support effective decision-making and exceptional outcomes for pupils.
They will have experience working with school management information systems, ideally iSAMs, and will be confident managing complex datasets, producing meaningful reports and supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise. Experience of iSAMs Central, OpenApply and My School Portal would be highly advantageous, although candidates with strong MIS experience and a willingness to develop their expertise in these areas are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities. They will be committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality and compliance, whilst actively seeking opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes and enhance the use of data across the School.
Above all, they will be a collaborative and solutions-focused colleague who enjoys helping others, embraces continuous improvement and takes pride in ensuring that the School's information systems are reliable, effective and fit for the future.
