INTRODUCTION: SNA Marianapolis International School – Bien Hoa Campus is the first fully international school in Bien Hoa city and Dong Nai province and the second member of the SNA International Schools System, which is operated under Nguyen Hoang Education Cooperation. The school began the first school year in 2021 and currently has more than 500 students. It is the ultimate aim of the SNA Marianapolis International School – Bien Hoa Campus to connect the quintessential values of the SNA educational ecosystem, which has been established and developed over 18 years, and to provide students in Bien Hoa city with an environment that is conducive to experiential and creative learning. JOB PURPOSE: We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Middle School Principal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the middle school division, ensuring that all students receive high-quality education in line with the United States of America curriculum (Common Core, Advanced Placement). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the daily operations of the Middle school division. Provide for the supervision of students during the period of time during each school day when the school buildings and grounds are open to students. Provide for the instruction of students in the care of school premises. Report or cause to report promptly any significant negligence of duty or infraction of school rules by a student to the parents of the student. Develop cooperation and coordination of effort among the members of the staff of the school. Encourage professional growth of staff. Supervise, assist and evaluate all teachers and support personnel in the school as per SNA Marianapolis’s guideline. Make recommendations to the Head of School in respect to the appointment and promotion of teachers and the probation or dismissal of teachers whose work attitude is unsatisfactory.
