Middle School Principal – Raffles American School Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Reports To: Executive Principal The Middle School Principal plays a key leadership role in shaping and guiding the Middle School program at Raffles American School. This position is responsible for overseeing the Middle School division, supporting teachers, and ensuring a strong academic and pastoral environment for students. The Principal works closely with the school’s leadership team on both strategic and operational matters, contributing to the ongoing development of the school. The role includes oversight of curriculum implementation, support for accreditation processes, and ensuring alignment with school standards and long-term goals. As the school continues to grow, the Middle School Principal will also contribute to short- and long-term planning initiatives, including the development of the school’s new campus. This includes designing programs and systems that meet the evolving needs of Middle School students. This role is part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), working collaboratively to ensure consistency, alignment, and continuous improvement across the school.
