Provide strong artistic and logistical support to the school musical and direct school ensembles. Demonstrate strong classroom management, lesson planning, and student follow-up skills. Utilize diverse pedagogical approaches, including inquiry-based learning and differentiated strategies for ESL learners, to support a multicultural student body. Embody and promote the school’s ethos, core values, and professional standards of practice. Maintain frequent, constructive, and supportive communication with parents. Support and facilitate regional music events and interschool musical collaborations. Attend and support school events held on Saturdays and designated evenings. Complete and update comprehensive curriculum documentation for the music department. Actively participate in and complete mandatory school-based and external professional development courses. Communicate proactively with colleagues and administrators regarding the school’s academic, behavioral, and moral expectations. Cooperate diligently with colleagues on horizontal and vertical planning, administrative duties, and paperwork. Bring a high level of creativity to lesson planning, departmental initiatives, and school-wide activities. Middle School and Secondary Our Middle School comprises students aged 10 to 13, while Secondary consists of students from ages 14 to 18. The class size is between 20 and 25. Students’ English fluency includes ESL learners, but by Form 3 most are at or approaching natural-level proficiency
