Start Date: ASAP Hours/Weeks: 37 hours, 38 weeks (term time only) Working Pattern: 8:15am - 4:15pm Monday to Friday (TBC) A Day in the Life: You will be responsible for the following areas: Managing the daily operations of the school medical room, ensuring it is a clean, stocked, and safe environment for unwell children. Supervising and organising first aid trained staff from across the school as required. Providing first aid to pupils, staff, and visitors, and assessing injuries to determine appropriate action. Leading on first-aid arrangements, including conducting risk assessments and maintaining Individual Health Care Plans (IHCPs). Overseeing the secure storage and administration of medication in line with school policy and parental consent. Maintaining accurate records of incidents and treatments, ensuring confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
