What You'll Be Doing Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Inspire pupils to develop curiosity, resilience and a positive attitude towards Maths. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to support pupils with autism and additional learning needs. Monitor progress and celebrate achievements, helping pupils recognise their own success. Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel valued and supported. Work closely with families, therapists and wider school staff to provide a joined-up approach to learning. Contribute to curriculum development and the continued growth of our school community.
