At OFG we give you time to enjoy those special moments and hobbies outside of work Job Title: Teacher Location: Parkside House School, Ashington NE63 8AP Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4pm Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata) Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only Start: September 2026 UK applicants only – no sponsorship available About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and motivated Maths Teacher who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs. This is not your typical teaching role. At Outcomes First Group, we empower our teachers to think outside the box, using a wide range of resources and specialist support to deliver engaging, individualised learning that truly meets the needs of each pupil. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Maths teaching that supports strong progress and attainment Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform teaching Contribute to the development and implementation of Maths curriculum and practice Support pupils’ personal development, wellbeing and engagement in learning Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery Teach across a range of subjects where required, including off-site provision if needed Make effective use of resources to enhance learning outcomes What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: A qualified teacher with QTS or a degree in Mathematics Experienced (or keen to develop) in working with students with autism, learning difficulties, or complex needs A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment Committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment Flexible, proactive, and reflective in their practice About Us Welcome to Parkside House School, an SEMH (Social,
