We're looking for a creative, passionate practitioner to join our thriving Mathematics Department. If you believe every student — whatever their starting point — deserves to feel capable and confident in maths, we want to hear from you.
Working with our SEN students from Year 7 to Year 11, you'll design engaging, accessible lessons that meet learners where they are and take them further than they thought possible. You'll be a valued member of a supportive team that genuinely loves what it does.

The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver lessons whilst following the national curriculum.
Have a desire to work in an SEN setting.
Be approachable, flexible and adaptable, with a desire to make a difference in our students lives.
Have the capability for supporting children with social and emotional behavioural needs within an educational environment.
Possess effective communication and relationship building skills.
Be passionate about providing quality education care and support to young people.
To intervene physically with our students, when required, using Team Teach trained techniques when de-escalation strategies have failed (full training will be provided).
Demonstrate analytical thinking to improve the quality of pupils' learning.
Build team commitment with colleagues and in the classroom engage and motivate pupils.
Qualifications and requirements:
Based in the UK and do not require sponsorship.
QTS or equivalent required.
Proven teaching experience.
Desire to work in an SEN setting.
Effective communication skills and build good relationships.
Flexible and adaptable.
Full UK driving licence – desirable.
