At Groveside School, we’re looking for an inspiring and resilient Maths Teacher to join our supportive team and help our pupils discover their potential. You’ll build meaningful relationships, create engaging learning experiences and adapt your teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND, ASD, SEMH and challenging behaviours. To welcome you to the team, we're also offering a £1,000 Welcome Bonus*. What you will be doing Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to individual needs, abilities and learning styles. Monitor and assess progress, using data and other strategies to identify next steps and raise achievement. Develop personalised learning and behaviour plans alongside colleagues and other professionals. Create a positive, structured classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to learn. Support pupils to develop confidence, independence and self-regulation through positive and restorative approaches. Work collaboratively with Teachers, Learning Support Assistants, Care and other professionals to provide consistent support. Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and wider school improvement priorities. Mai
