Teesside High School is seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to further enhance the profile and reputation of the school and meet ambitious recruitment targets across all departments.
The successful candidate will lead strategic marketing and communications activity for both Teesside High School and the school’s new Early Years provision, Riverbank Nursery.
This is a key leadership role for a dynamic and creative communications professional with a proven track record in brand development, strategic messaging, storytelling and audience engagement. The postholder will be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns that strengthen awareness, drive admissions enquiries and promote the school’s values and achievements across a range of channels.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing the school’s digital strategy
Managing media relations, PR and sensitive communications
Creating compelling content across print, digital and social media platforms
Planning and delivering a programme of events to support pupil recruitment and community engagement.
