Management Information Systems & Data Lead International College Spain, Madrid, Spain Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Type: Full Time Contract Length: Indefinite Salary: Competitive remuneration and benefits package The Role ICS is seeking an experienced and dynamic School Management Information Systems and Data Lead to oversee the successful implementation and management of various IT systems, including but not limited to MIS, Virtual Learning Environments (VLE), Room Booking System, Parents’ Evening Booking System, iSAMS, Managebac, CPOMS, Success Factors, Sphera, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective management, integration, and strategic development of the school's educational information systems. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure they have the correct information to produce a timetable, student's options, number of teaching sets required based on the number of students, etc. while managing day-to-day systems, infrastructure, and support functions with with all stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, teachers, and leaders, maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, and fostering successful relationships with the regional team. Key Responsibilities Task and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Systems Management & Integration · Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimal performance of the school’s core systems, including: · Management Information System (MIS) · Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) · Room Booking System · Parents’ Evening Booking System · Ensure seamless integration and synchronisation between all systems. · Act as the primary liaison with external system providers and support services. Data Management & Integrity · Manage and maintain accurate student, staff, and curriculum data across all platforms. · Create and update teaching sets within the MIS and VLE. · Ensure data consistency across integrated systems. · Support compliance with data
