Maintenance Team Operative

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our Estates Team. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective maintenance to ensure a safe, well-presented environment for teaching and learning, working in line with current Health and Safety regulations. The successful candidate will join a supportive team with a strong “can do” attitude during an exciting period of growth, including the development of a sixth form and expanded holiday provision. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work shifts across seven days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
