About this role
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, both in term time and school holidays, attendance at Open Mornings is required. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility will be required for some evening and weekend working as agreed in advance with the Director of Estates.
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year
St George’s Weybridge are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-presented environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar position. They will be responsible for leading the maintenance team, managing contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance programmes, and maintaining building services across a large and complex site.
Experience within a school environment would be advantageous.
