We are currently seeking a dedicated Main Classroom Teacher for our Kindergarten program to join our Early Years team. Position: Main Classroom Teacher - Kinder Position Type: Teacher Curriculum: International Education Stage: Early Years Subject: Pre-School Job Description: As a Main Classroom Teacher at Humanitree, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters the development of preschool children. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with our international curriculum while promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Skills and Qualifications: - Graduate Certificate in Education or related field (minimum qualification) - At least 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education or preschool settings - Strong understanding of international early years curricula and best practices - Experience with Project-Based Learning or Inquiry-Based Learning preferred - Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive atmosphere - Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues - Ability to design creative lesson plans that encourage exploration and discovery Values and Attitudes: - Passionate about working with young children and supporting their holistic development - Patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach towards students’ needs - Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the classroom community - Collaborative mindset willing to work closely with fellow educators and school staff - Enthusiastic about continuous professional growth and reflective teaching practices If you are motivated by making a positive impact on early learners' lives within an internationally minded school environment, we invite you to apply
