About the Role: As a Lunch Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils during the busy lunchtime period, helping to create a safe, calm, and positive environment. You will assist with the serving of meals, support children as they eat, and encourage good table manners and independence. You will also help supervise pupils in the dining hall, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. Working closely with teaching staff and the wider lunchtime team, you will contribute to the smooth running of the service while ensuring hygiene and allergy procedures are followed.
