You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pool users, supporting the delivery of a full timetable of swimming activities and evening sessions (19:30 – 21:00, Monday to Friday) for students. This role requires excellent observation and communication skills, a calm and proactive approach, and the ability to educate pupils on pool safety and behaviour in a positive, engaging manner. Key Responsibilities Supervise all pool users vigilantly to maintain a safe swimming environment. Administer first aid, perform rescues, and respond effectively to any emergency situations. Support instructors in running swimming sessions safely and efficiently. Promote good behaviour, discipline, and adherence to pool safety rules.
