About this role

Job title: Library and Study Skills Assistant- Maternity Cover Reports to: Head of Library Services Salary: Scale 7- £30,950 – 33,727 per annum per annum inclusive of London weighting (PRO RATA- £28,102- £30,624) Contract: 36 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days (0.908fte)- Fixed Term Start Date: As soon as possible. Leyton Sixth Form College offers a wide range of A level and vocational courses to approximately 2,300 full-time 16-19 year old students. We are currently seeking an exceptional Library and Study Skills Assistant- Maternity Cover . You will make a significant contribution to our highly successful literacy and learning programme area. You will support the Library’s promotion of wider reading, assist with enrichment activities and liaise with subject areas to ensure that our learning resources are used effectively.
