This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students' learning, wellbeing and personal development within a supportive and ambitious school community. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support the learning and progress of individual students and small groups, including those with additional learning, communication, social, emotional or physical needs. You will contribute to planning, deliver targeted interventions, provide pastoral support, and help create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress.
